All packages sent by Dutch Mushrooms are insured against theft and damage. If a package does not arrive, we will start an investigation with the used postal service.
All the products on Dutch Mushrooms are usually in stock so we can assure you of a quick delivery. When we have processed your order you will receive an email with information regarding your package and delivery time. Your order will be shipped from the Netherlands once the payment has been received. Deliveries within the Netherlands will normally be dispatched and delivered within 2 business days after the entry of your payment. For all other countries within the European Union delivery can take up to 6 business days.

All sales are final. However, orders can be refunded prior to fulfillment and shipping. Once the order has been dispatched no refunds will be issued.
